Getting the Zone Diet delivered to you is the perfect solution to many of today's problems.
Chances are, you work many hours. You don't have time to do a lot of shopping at the supermarket, especially for fruits and vegetables you're not familiar with. You don't have lots of time to prepare meals and cook.
That's partly why you're overweight. You have to run into fast food places and eat on the run. Or you wind up at more expensive sit down restaurants for work and social reasons.
You know you need to lose weight, both to look better and to have more energy. You're tired of feeling like you're going to nod off and go to sleep late in the afternoon -- or of feeling tired all day long. That reduces your concentration and focus, dragging down your production. Which in turn forces you to work longer hours at work or to take work home, robbing you of even more free time.
It's a vicious cycle. The more you're pressed for time, the more you eat out or eat the wrong snack foods for quick energy, and therefore the heavier and more tired you grow, so the less work you can accomplish in an hour and so the more you're pressed for time.
You have to find a way to break the cycle and begin one of improving your health and weight so you have more energy and concentration and so can get more work done in less time.
The Zone Diet can certainly do that for you, but it does make its own demands on your time. Learning how to cook meals you like. Learning about strange vegetables and unusual fruit. Getting into the habit, so it's convenient.
I know it can be hard. I used to work two jobs. I not only had the stress of an ordinary eight hour a day office job, most days of the week I had to drive from there to my night job through rush hour traffic, not giving me time to eat a fancy Zone dinner at my convenience, I can tell you that.
I ate a lot of Zone bars. They're healthy and convenient and inexpensive. But they don't replace real food and never were intended too. You also need your lean meat and fish, vegetables and fruit.
The good news is, you can get the Zone Diet delivered to you throughout both the United States and Canada. If the company can't deliver to your area (they do deliver to major metropolitan areas), then they'll send it via FedEx.

The cost varies by company, whether you need FexEx or not, and whether you get custom meals or use the standard ones they prepare large numbers of, and whether you order by the week, 15 days or 30 days, but it still runs around $30 to $60.
Now that may sound expensive -- and it's certainly more than if you're now living off ramen noodles morning, noon and night.
But if you're eating lots of fast food and restaurant meals, it's cheaper.
And it's comparable to fixing nice Zone meals by yourself at home, and have to spend more money cooking, and of course more time.
So it's your choice. You can choose to keep on eating a typical American diet and continue to gain weight and risk major health complications in years to come (and may already be suffering from them, if only reduced energy). You can choose to go on the Zone diet but do all the shopping and cooking yourself. If you have the time and inclination, that is great. It's my current choice.
Or you can take the simple and easy way, and have meals in the Zone Diet delivered to your home every day.
